The staff were very personable and not pushy at all as in other stores. Coffee was lovely :) After the purchase, we realised I could use my DDS card and refunding the discount was no problem at all - they couldn't have been any more helpful.

Went in, tried a number of beds, and ordered one. Good result - went bed shopping and bought a bed.
