Kathleen the assistant who dealt with our purchase showed great patience in showing us all the mattresses and additional items ie base, pillows etc. We highly appreciated the time taken to assist us in our purchase and also the knowledgeable way she helped us come to our final decision.

After visiting a number of other bed retailers where the sale people 'stalked' us before starting the "hard sell" tactics, we found Katrina at Dreams very helpful. She asked questions to help us narrow down the type of mattress we needed as well as explaining the differences between each type. She showed us a small range of mattresses that suit our needs without overwhelming us. We didn't feel like we were pressured or sold to but more supported to make our own decision on the right mattress for us.

We found everything we where looking for, assistance was great and not only gave us a lot of help but left us to look and think over everything on our own.

We have never purchased a bed in store before as we have always made these purchases online. So I was very surprised by the warm welcome we received from staff and the layout of the showroom. After walking round the showroom we realised we were unsure of were to start looking for the type of mattress we were looking for when we were approached by staff member Dionne. She was very friendly and asked a variety of questions about what we were looking for and made very well advised recommendation for products which would suit our requirements. Not only did Dionne help us find the perfect matters, she also helped us find the perfect bed base (colour and style) and mattress topper which will help us stay cool during the night. Once we had decided on what we were purchasing Dionne advised and arranged exatra coverage and services they could provide such as delivery, construction and disposal of our old bed. Overall a process that I thought would take a good few hours and a few different stores, was over in less than an hour due to the professional and efficient assistance from Dionne.
