The products we viewed covered an extensive range and quality, we therefore feel we have chosen a quality product at a reasonable price. However time will tell if we have indeed chosen correctly.

His approach and the way he engaged with us was absolutely authentic, and he knew exactly when to offer information and perspective between products and when to walk away and leave us with some space to discuss and try the different options ourselves. It was his individual approach that led to us placing our order, and also being guided through 'upsell' opportunities in the right way and without any pressure.
