Alex in your Uddingston store couldn't be any nicer, and was so helpful

Ashley was very helpful of my needs and listened to my needs before describing in great detail the various beds that may be suitable. A cup of coffee while getting the order ready was also greatly appreciated.

Staff member Jon McKnight made the visit very satisfying by making us feel comfortable and explaining everything very well to myself and disabled mother. He was very friendly and accommodating giving us refreshments and explaing all mattress options available for my mother's moving disabled bed.

We were very happy with the service we received from Katrina..nothing was too much trouble for her..she helped us with the dimensions of the bed and explained the benefits of sprung slats to us..she gave us time to think about the bed we were thinking about buying with.no pressure which you don’t usually find in some other stores........all in all it was a very good and relaxed purchase.... I was well impressed with the girl (Ashley) who was super friendly from the start and was very knowledgeable about the beds explained everything very well.

The Sales Rep was very good and could not have spent any more time explaining the products and letting us try the different mattresses. She was very helpful indeed and helped us make the right decision for us.

This is my second visit to dreams and again I was not disappointed. There is certain warmth and a great welcome on the mat when you enter the Birkenshaw store. Your salesman Alex Agnew was most helpful As I have walking difficulties and mobility issues. He outlined at all times where beds were and made it as easy as possible to help me to them, he also had great product knowledge and I also bought a mattress topper and a cool pillow, which I’m sure will help me greatly. Alex also provided me with a coffee, which made my day, as when I go shopping these days, I always enjoy a cuppa.

Assistants were very helpful and informative during our two visits to the store. The gentleman who completed our transaction was very pleasant and good to deal with . No complaints or concerns.
