We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store in a friendly non intrusive way. On looking at a couple of beds, Kathleen approached us and asked us if she could be of assistance. We told her our needs and preferences as well as my medical condition and due to the type of bed we were looking at (Tempa) Kathleen suggested we should try the Tempa experience to which we agreed. After this we were given space and time to discuss our options, to which we decided to go ahead and purchase a Tempa system bed.

Alex from the store was an extremely helpful, polite and courteous salesman who guided us through his extensive knowledge of products and ensured we got the correct bed and mattress. Its hard to find a salesman as polite as Alex and we never felt pressured or pushed into a sale which wasn't right for us. We will highly recommend Alex and he is an asset to your store!
