Jon was really friendly as soon as we entered the store. He gave us lots of information but also time and space to have a chat ourselves.

WAS WELCOMED BY FLOOR ASSISTANT NAMED KATHLEEN WHO WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL ON PICKING THE CORRECT MATTRESS AS MY WIFE HAS RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PROFFESIONLY TO OUR SATISFACTION AND WAS DELIGHTED ON THE MANNER IN WHICH WE WERE RECEIVED.

Customer service was very good ,John the salesman was so helpful offered us tea coffee which was lovely ,over all great service.

Katrina was very helpful, knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had with ease! She was very friendly, not pushy and gave us time to discuss and try mattresses without trying to force a sale. Her colleague was also very friendly and knowledgeable as she assisted with a couple of questions too, they both went out their way to help the customer instead of forcing a sale!

We were welcomed to the shop by very friendly assistant manager Dianne who was very knowledgeable but not pushy. She gave us lots of information and left us to make our mind up without any pressure

From the minute I stepped in the store it felt like a lovely friendly atmosphere no very pushy or on top of you sales person, just staff who knew a lot about mattresses & seemed sincerely interested in helping me make the right choices

Visited on Sunday browsing for a bed for our daughter, received excellent and very friendly service, and as a result of your staffs knowledge we decided to purchase at this visit rather than look elsewhere.

Kathleen was the perfect staff member. Knowledgable, friendly and welcoming.
