We found the sales man Jon to be very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and offered a high level of support, advice, guidance and assistance when choosing our new bed. He was very very helpful.

We were greeted by Julie the sales person on entering the store and introduced to Jon McKnight who showed each and everyone of the Tempur beds (that’s what we wanted) available while explaining clearly the diffferences between each and ensuring we tried each one to ensure the correct choice. When the decision was made we were provided with a choice of drinks (coffee was great) and biscuits (also great) and all aspects of the purchase was explained in a light hearted but professional manner. We were very impressed with the condition of the store and the service provided hence the Highly Satisfied feedback.

Customer service from Ashley was fantastic. She was very approachable, knew her stuff and we never felt under pressure to buy.

The assistant Alex was very friendly, help and knowledgeable of the products.

Catriona was not intrusive after showing us the bed we went to see and when we had decided to purchase was close at hand. She also was patient and was very knowledgeable.
