The help and assistance throughout from Dionne was excellent. Informed well showing me a selection of possible mattresses after discussing the questioning what I wanted, why I wanted and what type of mattress would suit.

The service we received from Ashley was fantastic. She spent time talking to us to understand our varied needs and we never at any point felt under pressure to ‘buy’. Her approach and product knowledge was second to none and one of the main reasons we purchased on the day.

Our sales assistant, Kathleen" was excellent, she was very knowledgeable about all the products we wanted information on, and we especially liked her "beducation" on choosing a pillow, as much as a mattress. Was also impressed with the offer of a hot drink on a cold day! We also appreciated the lack of pressure selling

The assistant Jon McKnight was very helpful & very nice, put me at ease straight away, he understood the problems I have with my legs & pointed to the best mattress for me.

I went in looking at beds and was giving information about the bed I was considering but had to take my husband back to try it too can’t thank dreams in uddingston enough for the service that they provided

Everything was priced and described so it was easier to find the type of mattress I was looking for, as well as the fact that I was able to try it out.

Jon the sales advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and spent a lot of time understanding what we were looking for. He then made sure that we tried a number of different products to ensure we were happy with our final choice. He made sure we were completely happy and understood everything before confirming the sale and allowed us all the space needed to talk things through before committing to the purchase.

Ashley was very friendly and efficient. She knew the products very well and was not overly pushy. She took time to ascertain what we wanted and helped us find a mattress that suited our needs along with the insurance and delivery/pickup details.
