Ashley was extremely helpful without being pushy. She showed us the selection of mattresses suitable for a riser recliner bed and encouraged my husband to try out each one to see what was most comfortable for him. She explained quite clearly about the delivery process. Overall we found her to be friendly and pleased to help us.

Jon McKnight was knowledgable and helpful. Explained all the options and applied no pressure to gain a sale. Offered drinks which was accepted and were tasty. Would recommend.

The guy that served me new where the beds were I asked about. He also advised me about other products I asked about i.e pillows and finance. He also carried a very heavy eve mattress to my car for me he has very nice and helpful.

Kathleen was very useful when we visited your store. She took time to find out what we were looking for and recommended products and ones we hadn't considered. This was the first time we had purchased mattresses yet she did not rush us or make us feel like we didn't know what we were looking g for. Excellent customer service

I was highly satisfied as dreams could deliver the bed within the time frame i required and the fact you would never be beaten on price and that you have a 40 night comfort guarantee and if required would recycle my old bed.This all gave me reassurance.

Staff were pleasant, polite and knowledgeable regarding the bed/mattress we wished to purchase. All in all a very pleasant experience in store.

Friendly and professional atmosphere as we entered the store, got served straight away and shown the mattress,s we were looking for given full details on the product and price satisfied with all that everything else was done in a very courteous and professional manner the sales person was really nice and explained everything to us.
