I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams,I was served by Alex who took his time to let me try out lots of beds and explain the differences and made a daunting experience a pleasant one.

Sales person excellent knowledgeable & efficient start to finish

The shop floor was planned out well, good selection of products. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Jon McKnight was knowledgeable about the products. Offered refreshments. Distracted our child with balloons so my husband and I could discuss the products available.

The staff member was very welcoming when we entered the store and helped us to make the purchase that suited our needs

Kathleen who served us was extremely helpful. She was able to give us the correct information to decide which products were most suitable for our son.

Quick and friendly staff

The friendly greeting on entering the store, the attention and product knowledge of our sales assistant, Dionne, made it totally unnecessary for us to check any other store. We were made to feel welcome and valued.
