on arrival we were greeted by kathleen and from then on the service and knowledge was excellent..made the purchase very easy .

Got everything we were looking for and products are all great. Staff member was very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Ashley explained colour code for mattresses, gave advice on type of pillows to try ans explained the 30 day trial period.

Kathleen very friendly and took time to understand what we wanted. Liked the fact that initially we were just greeted, rather than being bombarded straight away.

All staff were excellent. I was there with my 90 year old mum in a wheelchair and the staff made her feel valued and welcome. Alex our sales person was outstandingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient - Just the type of employee most companies would kill for. He saw us out to the car and made sure we were ok. The manager also chatted with us and there was lots of banter -in true Scottish style. Not only were we satisfied customers but we left feeling happy having had such a laugh and looking forward to getting mum's new bed home for her. All in all, one of the best shopping experiences we have had in a long long time. Keep it up Dreams Birkenshaw!!

We entered the store and was approached by Kathleen to ask if we needed help....and we said yes as we were looking for a mattress only. She was polite, friendly and very helpful and we tried several mattresses before choosing the one that suited us best
