Ashley ,the sales assistant was very helpful and could not do enough to ensure that we got the right products. She explained the complexities of beds and what was best suited to our needs. All in all ,Ashley was very knowledgeable and assisted us in making the right choice.

The assistant listened to our needs, guiding us through appropriate products and at the same time giving us enough time and space to consider the purchase.

Great choice lots of info on products to help us choose the right mattress also staff member Dionne helped with various questions we had.

When I entered the store I was greeted with a smile. I then showed the lady a bed which I had seen on the website and she very kindly took a headboard out of the store to show me the colour and fabric (unfortunately the display bed had been damaged by a young customer). I was them offered a cup of tea and explained each part of the order process in a clear and friendly manner.

Good quality products and good choice

We visited the Birkenside Estate store and were assisted by Kathleen. She was very helpful, professional and chatty but never intrusive. She helped us by encouraging us to try different mattresses (our purchase on the day) and encouraging us to take as much time as we needed to make a decision. She was knowledgeable about the products and made the purchase process as smooth as possible. She is an asset to your company and should be recognised as such.

Extremely friendly staff and fully understood our needs

The whole team at the Uddingston branch were FANTASTIC. My husband and I went in with out three young children expecting to have a very stressful shopping trip trying to pick a new bed & mattress however, this hands down has to have been the best shopping experience (with kids) ever! Straight away the staff were over talking to the kids and making us feel calm and welcome. While my husband and I sat on many mattresses the ladies were playing games with the kids, letting them colour in, giving them a drink and something to eat. This meant my husband and I had plenty of stress free time to pick our new bed. Jon had plenty of knowledge and helped us make the right choice for our needs and budget. The kids absolutely loved Julie and her team so much that the next day we were passing by the store and they demanded to go in and see if they were working, they were. We went in and the kids were greeted with the biggest reception and the kids loved it. We cannot thank the staff enough for this lovely experience. Well done dreams Uddingston!! *****
