Lots of information given by a very knowledgeable assistant. Absolutely no pressure to purchase and we were given the opportunity and encouragement to try as many products as we wanted.

Excellent service staff were amazing store was clean to a very high standard it being a very cold day we were offered a hot drink very welcoming and enjoying.

Having previously purchased from Dreams in Lanark, (No longer there) we arrived at Dreams store in Uddingston and was greeted by salesperson Alex. We explained that we had been let down by Simba and that we were looking for a quality mattress. Alex advised us to try the Sleepmatch. It takes into consideration our age and any specific requirements for our ailments. I was impressed as within minutes, Alex was able to suggest four suitable mattresses for us to try. I think three out of the four mattresses were personally favourable however, both hubby and I kept going back to the same one. Needless to say, we found the ultimate mattress! We simply can't wait for it to be delivered. Very impressed with the Sleepmatch and on the assistance and advice given so thank you Alex! Great service.

My husband and I were totally satisfied with the service we received from Sheryl at the Birkenshaw store. We experienced the sleep and mattress fitting. It was amazing to understand the scores and what would suit us best. We were offered water and a hot drink while our order was placed. I definitely would recommend the store to family and friends.

I found the product I was looking for, I was provided with the information that I needed and tested the mattress. Member of staff was helpful and showed me options and offers.

when we arrived at the store we were greeted by a lovely young lady called Dionne. I told her what type and size of bed we wanted and she took us through several options until we found the bed we wanted. at no time was there any pressure on us to select any product she just took us through all the options that were open to us,then we selected with her help and knowledge the bed we wanted.
