The knowledge of the assistant and the relevant questions that I was asked. I was guided to a product that would suit my needs better than the one I had originally selected. The advice given was justified and accurate and borne from the appropriate questions I was asked. The suggested product was more expensive than my intended purchase BUT this was justifiable and the mattress was in a sale with 50% off. There was no pressure during the conversation so the assistants selling technique could be deemed subtle, which is very clever.

Sheryl was a great help in showing us around the different products available and also took the time to explain the matter selector tool which we had a go on to see what would suit us best.

Dionne was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. My mum was buying my mattress for me so I asked Dionne if I could look about with my mum so we could discuss pricing which she happily did to hive us some privacy. She was on hand when I needed her

Sales woman was very helpful and very patient. Plenty of stock to choose from. Prices clearly marked and priced fairly. A wide range of colours and various types to choose from. The store was family friendly. I shopped in store without being harassed. I will certainly return if I need another bed.

As soon as I entered the store I was approached and asked if I needed any help , I told the lady what I was after and my budget , she told me the best way to find the right mattress was to lie on the bed that find the correct mattress to the shape of your body .
