Alex, approached us and advised us that sitting on the beds would not be any help to choosing our new bed. Alex, got us both a pillow and showed us around different beds/mattresses, firmness, price, mattress types, and explained each mattress type to us. Alex told us to take our coats of and lie on each bed for more than a few minutes, explaining each mattress. Alex asked us how we slept, asked what we were looking for and took all the information to help him show us the mattress/bed that would suit us best. Alex left us to try a couple of the mattress/beds that we had decided on, gave us space to make a decision. Alex then came back and asked what bed base we wanted to put the mattress on, head boards, design, colour. We were offered a drink, on more than one occasion, which is a nice touch . Once we decided on everything Alex, took us through the bill and the price of everything. Was a little surprise that it would take 6 week for delivery, but there was no urgency, so that was fine. Fantastic customer service and will definitely recommend to family and friends. And once again thanks Alex.

When we walked in the store we were approached by the assistant who showed us what we were looking for...10 minutes later we had put the order in...all done very quickly

I received a warm welcome from Jon McKnight and I was allowed enough time to wander around the selection of beds and mattresses at my own pace and when I decided I need advice there was staff available and Jon was there to help. I explained my remaining budget after I had chosen my new bed and he gave me some options one of which I have chosen. Once I had decided to make the purchase he clearly explained all of my options over a great cup of tea and I felt comfortable, relaxed and confident in making my purchase. I chose a delivery date is just over a week away which was most suitable from the options offered. Overall an experience which will keep Dreams at the front of my thoughts when considering any future bed related purchases.

We were greatly assisted by Kathleen who insured we had pillows and plenty of time to try out a variety of mattresses at various price points and with different types of manufactur, eg memory foam, gel, pocket sprung. She had very good knowledge of the products, was friendly and cheerful, offered coffee, overall a very pleasant experience without feeling pushed into a purchase. Kathleen explained the 40 day comfort return policy fully and it was good to know that we had that option if needed. My husband and I were very very happy with the experience.

Warmly welcomed, fantastic service and spent a lot of time finding the correct bed for us. The gentleman who dealt with us had a lot of knowledge about the mattress we should be using as we had bought a mattress before from another company and wasn’t the right type. Great service and would recommend Dreams to family and friends.
