Customer service is a driving factor when I am looking to buy something. Kathleen at this store was so friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Time will tell with the products we purchased but until they arrive everything has been great.

The price was right and good customer service

We were greated by assistant and explained we were looking for a mattress. She explained mattress gradings then left us to browse. We liked two mattresses and she explained differences to allow us to make a decision.

We were in a hurry to get our business done due to the fact the bed is for a family member currently in hospital with a release date for the weekend. We explained our requirements and very quickly options were provided. This was refined further and the job was done. The option of assembling the bed was welcome. Your colleague Dionne, offered a range of additional related purchases without any pressure tacticts. Well done on price too. Hopefully the delivery will be on time and the product is intact on delivery.
