Ashley was very knowledgeable on the product I wanted to buy and was able to advise me on different mattress options.

We were highly satisfied with our experience the salesman Alex was very pleasant and friendly, we explained to him that my husband has A S which affects his spine and he has mobility issues. He was patient with his time and gave us lots of information letting us try numerous beds and also pillows, so that we could make the right decision. Alex made us feel relaxed and not pressured at anytime (as sometimes happens with sales!!) We arranged a delivery date paid for our goods and enjoyed our experience.

The sales assistant Ashley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She covered every possible option and explained everything fully to us. An excellent, professional manner.

I shopped in the Uddingston store, it is a very nice clean and bright. I was served by Alex and he was very helpful and has great knowledge about the beds and the pillows. I bought a 5ft Tempur cloud mattress 4 cloud pillows and a Tempur mattress protector. So happy with the service I got from Alex and I will be going back for another bed and hope to be served by him. Oh and he carried my pillows out to the car for me. Perfect gentleman.

Assistant asked relevant questions then suggested suitable products for us to try. Very professional process. Just the right amount of attention without getting to the annoying stage.

Very pleasant assistant had called in previously and she gave good advice and information re childrens' beds. Called back few days later and placed an order with her.

We went to the uddingston store and we where helped by Alex who was great! He had amazing knowledge of all the products and really took the time to help us find the perfect bed and mattress to suit our needs!
