We were assisted by a very knowledgeable and pleasant assistant and this made it a pleasant experience especially with no pressure sales, in past experience when shopping for beds in other shops both assistants mothers had purchased the beds we were looking at ( good sales pitch ) and I said to my mother do you think the assistant's mother will have bought what we are looking at, that never happened and we could not have asked for better service.

Jon was very courteous and product knowledge was invaluable, in particular pointing out the added length of the product ensuring that it would fit in our bedroom. Also there was no pressured sales tactics we were given time and space in making our decision. Delivery arrangements were put in place to meet our timeframe. All in all a very enjoyable purchase experience.
