Very happy with the friendly service in-store. The mattress we found was so much better than we found anywhere else.

We went into Dreams not really knowing what we were looking for. Sales staff allowed you to walk about the shop without coming over to you and trying to sales pitch. I asked one of the sales staff for assistance, he introduced himself as Alex. Alex allowed me to lie on the beds to test them and also ensured that we were free from catching Covid. I chose a bed and Alex asked me to have a seat so he could arrange delivery (which was free). I asked Alex if I could also add on a headboard. Alex gave me many choices and colours. I picked the one that I wanted. Alex advised me that as I had purchased a bed I could order Silent night duvet and pillows for half price. I purchased these as well. Alex advised me of my delivery date and asked if that would be suitable? I advised it was and I was only having to wait just over a week for the delivery. Whilst speaking to Alex he offered me a warm drink or some bottled water. Great service.

I've always said if it's not broken don't fix it ,the service we got from start to finish was good

We were very pleased at the service we received from Dionne. She answered all our questions and took time explaining the best options for us when choosing our bed and mattress. We were given time to try out different mattresses with hygiene methods in place. Whilst deciding which bed to choose we were offered hot drinks or water. Placing the order and given options of finance to suit us was in a professional way and fully explained to us before we went ahead and relayed back to us before finalising.

I was delighted with the way Alex the customer advisor went about his business on the day that I was looking for a tv bed ottoman and Alex couldn’t be no more helpful in demonstrating the bed in full from tv up to tv down to opening the ottoman compartment and with his knowledge of the bed I decided to buy there and then enough said, and can’t wait till it arrives 😀🛏💤

My husband and I walked into the store and sanitiser was present for us to use right away. Kathleen approached us to ask if we needed anything and after explaining our situation, she took us to the bed match machine, talked us through how it worked etc and let us find out which mattress was best. We had our baby with us and she was more than happy to watch her so we could do that. Afterwards, she talked through the results and showed us mattresses to try explaining in detail prices etc. Not once did she push us but instead, gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision. She offered tea/coffee/water when helping us order our mattress and bed and offered extra things to us. She was fantastic and made our outing less stressful - she was extremely helpful and made us feel happy when we left.

Alex was a 'DREAM' to deal with. He was extremely patient with us and took the time to allow us to use the sleep monitor and carefully took first my son then myself round the relevant beds. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped guide us with our purchase. There was no pushy sales involved and we got everything we needed. The only small disappointment was the value of order and little discount. As always, I appreciate discounts come at different times but would have been nice if there was a bit of reduction owing to the amount of things we purchased and price. I have already recommended Dreams to my friends and family as a friend had recently bought a mattress elsewhere and really unhappy with it. Thanks again to Alex

Got so much help on our visit. We were put on to the machine to find our perfect mattress and then shown round all the ones that suited us. There was nothing rushed and everything was done to help us make the right decision. Even when going through the finance part everything was explained perfectly and not rushed into anything we didn’t need or want. All in all it was such an easy and good experience, would highly recommend to anyone.
