Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and pointed us in exactly the right place. It made our experience a very pleasant one. This is not our first visit to dreams but I honesty wouldn’t shop anywhere else if looking for a bed or mattress! 10/10

The store assistant (Kathleen) was first class. As l was after a mattress and bed l was first of all (after a coffee) given a body scan to find the best mattress for me then shown around a particular bed l was after. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout my visit. Thank you Dreams for a great shopping experience.

Customer service was excellent. Served by Kathleen who was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient.

Was a very thorough discussion with sales rep but done timely. Everything was done swiftly and too a high standard.

since walking into the store we were greeted by staff and asked if we needed assistance, reluctant and embarrassed to lie on beds the staff encouraged us to go on to the bed which monitors sleep pattern and selects type of mattress which is best for us, once this was done, the staff were more than helpful and encouraging. Jon managed to get a bed to suit us. hopefully will get a good nights sleep in a suitable bed. we visited the Uddingston Store and there was a lady who was just started in the store who was very helpful. Jon McKnight sales man spoke us through the process of Order and was very helpful and even offered tea and biscuits.

Donna listened to all my needs to offer correct products within my price range. Friendly, smooth service, informing me what would happen re delivery and offering assistance to take small products to my car whilst showing new assistant “the ropes”

Very quick service over the phone ordered and paid for in under 5 minutes and lovely well mannered and polite and helpful member of staff
