The lady spent a lot of time with me and gave me some great advice and allowed me to try various products in the areas that I was interested in. Even though she knew that I was not buying a mattress or a topper she still spent quality time talking to me about this. This alone made me purchase the tempur cloud pillow from her rather than going pricing from different stores. Her attention to detail and knowledge and most importantly not being pushy about trying to get a sale along with her first class customer service put other stores to shame and I was happy to go back and buy the pillow from her.

This was my first time buying from dreams the sales assistant KATRINA was the most helpful and pleasant lady i could have wished for she made my visit to the uddingston store a very pleasant one made me feel very welcome and made me a lovely cup of coffee and had a nice chat with her it was a pleasure buying from the store and also a pleasure meeting katrina ..will definitely be back thank you dreams and katrina . me and my daughter Cant wait to try our new beds in our new home xxxxx

Ashley was very knowledgeable. She was very patient and kind towards my young son. The store was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. The item was available in the Dreams Easter Sale, which offered a big saving. Very pleased with my visit to Dreams.

The sales assistant Katrina has been very friendly, and exeeded the customer service you recieve in most shops. Was not too pushy when selling products which can be off putting and sales gimmicky. More enclined to buy more when its your own choice and not forced upon you. I have went in a few months ago outwith the length of time which yous can store products and explained what bed we wanted. She remembered us and the prducts we were after and advised well on the products suitable for us. Very good customer service.
