Dreams - Uddingston

The staff made me feel very welcome and were very understanding of what I needed. They helped with everything I asked and helped me choose a mattress and bed which was best for me. Nothing was a problem to them. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I will definitely be using Dreams in the future.

When we arrived at the store we were given time to look around we were then made welcome bye your member of staff and given the opportunity to work out the best way to get the bed 🛏 which we wanted

The staff member Dionne was extremely friendly and assisted us in finding the perfect mattress. Dionne explained the layout of the shop and coloured scheme on each bedding which made it easier to find the perfect mattress. Dionne was also helpful in looking at mattress that wee within our budget range. Great customer service

We found the assistant extremely pleasant and helpful in advising us what she thought would suit us. We had made mistakes in the past. As a disabled person she was very accommodating to me.

Staff were very friendly and enthusiastic for us to try the scanner machine that would suggest our best / most suitable bed. Although I was not keen to try this, the staff member was encouraging, and having eventually agreed to do so, my husband and I were very pleased we did. Furthermore, she was not at all pushy to get a purchase.

Highly satisfied with assistant explained everything in detail price delivery removal of old mattress nothing was a worry.was offered coffee and a seat and tried out all mattresses .
