Staff are really helpful and no pressure on a sale gave you plenty of time to pick a mattress and told you everything about it

The assistant was very professional & helpful as well as friendly without being over the to - he gave us time to ourself to make the decision & also pointed out other products that would enhance our new bed experiance

I met Kathleen one of your assistants who was very helpful at my first visit to dreams who helped me when choosing the right mattress for my new bed as im disabled and had not did this before I did nt realize the difference the proper matress would help my disability problems Kathleen was brilliant explaining all the advantages off me choosing the right matress

We had a look in a few bed shops , when we walked into dreams we were welcomed with a huge smile and Kate came straight over and was talking to my baby boy ! She asked us what we were looking for we at this time didn’t know what would be best for us :) Kate asked us to take the mattress test and kept an eye on our baby while we done the 3 minute test she was brilliant. When we went home to think about the bed and price etc we decided to come back and was welcomed with Margaret she was brilliant and super quick at the sale and again brilliant customer service from start to finish :)

The gentleman who served us from beginning to end of sale was good left us to have a browse did not pester us with pushy sales talk but did give us any information that we were looking for

Kathleen was great. She tested us on the bed that maps your sleep shape and recommends your ideal mattress. Our results suggested several possibilities that she discussed and let us test at length. Kath then showed us all available divan options and again allowed us to examine thoroughly. We had already been to one of your competitors but Kath was miles better hence you received our business.

Kathleen took the time to help me, and advice me on the products I was looking for, and was very patient with me

I was attended to by Margaret who was so lovely. I didn't feel rushed in any way, she was so friendly and helpful.She helped me with the purchase of a base, 2 mattresses and a headboard. She listened to my needs and directed me to the various base types and the mattresses that best suited me.She double checked everything with me before placing my order. 10/10

Staff were very friendly and understanding, giving plenty of time and space to try various beds while providing assistance as required.
