Salesman very polite professional and friendly

Myself and my partner went into Dreams to view one of the TV beds that we had seen online. Unfortunately we were not keen on the product we viewed as this did not match our colour scheme. We were assisted by Margaret who was extremely friendly and helpful, she recommended an alternative TV bed which was more to our taste. Margaret had great knowledge of the products and demonstrated how they work as well as covering the different upgrades available (e.g. smart tv, ottomon etc.). Overall we were delighted with the service we received an are looking forward to the product being delivered.

We were dealt with by Katrina, she was the most professional server. Katrina exudes a warm and welcoming nature, that and her knowledge we decided we had to purchase two beds and mattresses. Originally only looking we felt so well looked after it made it purchase today rather than in a few weeks. Thank you to Katrina

Helpful friendly staff who were good with my children getting them a drink and pens and pay to draw

Sales person very helpful, answering our needs straight away. Very knowledgable and no pressure sales. Indicated options and let us decide. Hospitable (cup of coffee) making whole shopping experience a pleasure. Just enough chat but very efficient in ordering products and guided me to accessories I needed. Very pleasant manner.

The assistant Kathleen, was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the product we were looking for and made sure we made the best choice.

Great friendly staff, helped and gave great advice

Kate took alot of time to explain everything to me and let me try mattresses to see how they felt and then advised which ones to try which matched what I was looking for
