I had the pleasure in dealing with a colleague called Jon McKnight in Uddinston. From the moment I entered the store he was excellent. He welcomed me in to the store, showed me the beds on offer as well as the in store video. He even gave me a pillow to try on the beds that were recommended by the in store computer. He was courteous, polite and was full of knowledge. After finishing the coffee he provided I then ordered the products I required with him. I have already told a few family members about this exceptional level of service which is sadly lacking nowadays. Absolutely fantastic colleague which your company should be very proud of.

You are lucky to have a salesperson like Kathleen. I look forward to my new mattress thank you.

Customer service was exemplary- been in a few bed showrooms walked in the door it was like a different world clean, bright with plenty of choice we were greeted by staff who were not pushy sales types just made sure we got what we wanted. We will definitely be back.

Jon was very knowledgable, and advised us in a way that reassured us that we were making the right decision.

Made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked into the shop, the sales lady Katrina was very helpful and so very friendly, Jon also was very helpful. Great team in the store.

We found a suitable product at the price we wanted to pay with delivery promised within a reasonable timescale.

Kathleen at the Uddingston store was great. Welcomed us to the store, was friendly but not overbearing like some sales people. She gave us space to chat through what we wanted to do and didn’t hound us or pressure us to make a decision. She was knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.
