I found the store very satisfactory & Kathleen who served me very pleasant and cheerful who couldn’t have been any better a very good sales lady

There was a lovely friendly atmosphere in the store. Katrina was very patient and encouraged me to try the different beds and encouraged me to make up my own mind. I came away feelings no good.

The service was excellent, coffee was a nice touch and very pleasant and well mannered staff

We visited the Dreams store in Uddingston and were served by Catrina and Alex. Both of them were extremely helpful and had a great deal of product knowledge

The service of both staff members Kathleen & Katrina at the Dreams Uddingston Store was second to none! Absolute delight to be served by both of them and just genuinely lovely ladies!

Myself and my wife were assisted by Kathleen & Katrina while making our purchase. We purchased our goods from the Uddingston, Birkenshaw Industrial Estate store. The service provided by both staff members was excellent.

I was welcomed by the assistant, Kathleen with a very pleasant manner and did not push me to buy in any way( which pleased me a lot!) I was offered refreshment when I arrived and when I placed my order.

Katrina couldn't have been more helpful. She explained the products, how we would use the bed/machine to find out what type of mattress would be suitable for both of us and was very happy to find out any information for us if she could answer our query herself. She made sure we were happy with everything before we went ahead and ordered our new bed and went over the order to make sure we had everything we needed and that it was all ok.

The sales assistant Ashley was lovely...confident left us to look about after explaining all we needed to know...when we were ready Ashley most helpful explained in detail what we asked...most helpful polite funny...made our experience very pleasant and worth while...lovely lass
