I was attended to by Ashley in the store and was very pleased with her helpful attitude and also she was a very nice person to deal with

I had gone into the store for a browse a few weeks ago and was approached by a member of staff to ask if I needed assistance and he offered me a coffee. I spent some time browsing on my own then left. I returned with my husband and son and found the sales assistant to be really good. He spent time with us and listened to our requirements before making suggestions. Altogether a good experience. He was friendly and helpful and made suggestions without being pushy. We are happy with the decisions we made .

I don't like going into a shop and an employee approaching me right away, I prefer to look around. I saw the employee look at me, but not approach me right away. I think she saw me struggle and she came over. She introduced herself as katrina. Katrina asked was I interested in something specific. I told her I was looking for bed's and bedding for my new house . To cut a long story short, katrina walked me all around the shop and got me everything I needed. Very, very helpful. I will recommend Dreams , in Birkenshaw to anyone I know that is looking for beds and bedding. Thank you katrina

The staff weren't in my face , which I liked. They gave me time to look around. Saw I was interested in beds and came over to assist me. Very helpful and understood what I was looking for and we sorted a deal. Fantastic. The lady Katrina from dreams in birkenshaw was everything an assistant should be. Thanks Katrina

Alex at the store in uddingston had an approachable and friendly manner. He spent a long period of time with me, whilst I was considering what mattress to choose. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing seemed too much trouble.

Love the quality off the beds and mattresses. Lady who served us was fantastic and would not go anywhere else for my beds now.

Wasnt approached when we walked in which was nice. Had a chance to walk around first and have a look for ourselves then approach one of the employees. Katrina who was very helpful walked up round a few mattresses that would suit our needs allowing us to choose between

Fantastic customer assistance from Alex. Guided us through the whole process, from the "Sleep Match" , to the final purchase. He showed us, and let us try, 4 different types of mattresses that he thought would be suitable for us, explaining the benefits of each one clearly. Alex was very friendly and displayed excellent product knowledge.

Lady I dealt with left me to my own devices and gave me time to make up my mind without pushing it.
