We had the opportunity to participate in the sleep experience which identified the best product for us. The assistant Margaret had a great knowledge and fully explained everything us which allowed us to make our decision.

Kate made it so easy for me to find the type of bed which suited me best.

First time shopping in Dreams. Very friendly and approachable employee Margaret helped me narrow down the vast range of mattresses to what I was looking for. Gave time for me to try a few out. Made purchasing one straightforward with no problems. Availability for delivery was great, asked for my availability to see what would suit. Very quick and simple purchase which I thought would take all day. Looking forward to my mattress arriving, very comfy.

The store was light and bright and well laid out. We could see everything we were looking for. We were greeted by a lovely assistant Ashley. She was most helpful, not pushy but asked us relevant questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. Ashley is a great asset to your company, she is so friendly and we had a good laugh with her and we never felt under pressure to make a decision. We did select an ottoman bed and mattress which will be delivered in two weeks. We left the store very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend you to our friends and family. Thank you.

Jon was great so friendly and helpful really knew his stuff was attentive without being pushy which is the main reason we bought in store and not online - offered tea and coffee through the visit the only down side we ordered a very popular bed so it will take 5/6 weeks

Help readily available on entering store. Sales assistant (Kathleen) was both very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Technology used to assess our requirements was very impressive. We had problem with transaction due to computer glitch which was quickly resolved. Overall an excellent buying experience

We were approached and welcomed into the store by a young assistant, who then backed off and gave us space which I really appreciated. When you go into other showrooms the staff bombard you but not Dreams. We were left the correct amount of time to browse before we were approached again and margaret started chatting to us. We were asking a few questions about products we seen. I feel the service we were given was natural, unforced and very relaxed. A pleasure to shop in the store and given a cuppa what I thought was a nice touch. Margaret was a pleasure to to deal with.
