The member of staff by the name of Jon was really friendly and knowledgeable but not in your face he told us all about the product (TV bed) switched on the tv showed us all the controls and how the ottoman bed lifted up, he then left us to have a think about it so no pressure which is what I like, he even offered us a drink while we were in the store.

Alex from the store in Birkenshaw estate in Uddingston was very helpful. He suggested my partner and I use the mattress technology to find what was best suited for us. Then showed us ones that it suggested. He was very friendly and welcoming. His knowledge was great and he helped me break down what I could fit in my budget. He really was very helpful. I would say he was the reason we went ahead with the purchase as we still had other stores to go to but Alex helped us and we felt at ease with the choice we had made thanks to him.

Great atmosphere friendly staff

The member of staff (Alex) who dealt with our queries was very friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He is a credit to the store.

The sales assistant who served me (Katrina) was very knowledgeable about the product. She wasn’t pushy....she listened carefully to everything I said and was able to find me my perfect bed and frame.

I have never experienced customer service like this ever. It was phenomenal and Kathleen's product knowledge was outstanding.

Katrina greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and helped me use the bed that analyses your best mattress and found me the perfect one. She even recommended perfect items for my partner who wasn’t even there, just based on his likes and preferences.
