Dreams - Uddingston

Have shopped at dreams previously, but this time was even better.The salesman couldn’t possibly have been any better.From making us extremely comfortable instore to complimentary cups of tea he was outstanding.He took the time to explain everything as we experienced it, from the dream beds to all the differences between the mattresses that were compatible for us

The sales person Jon Mcnight from your Uddingston Branch was very helpful on demonstrating the bed frame we liked and also the choise of mattress

Jon the assistant took time to show us the products, ket us test out different mattresses and pillows Was very attentive to our needs and explained everything perfectly

My partner and I were buying our first bed for first house and Katrina, at the Uddingston shop, was a great help to us. She went above and beyond, making us feel very comfortable. She was knowledgable but never pushy and we were totally satisfied with our experience and purchase. We'd recommend to friends and family to go there in the future. The sleep match machine was extremely cool and made the mattress hunt really straightforward. Thanks again Katrina and the team.

Kathleen our sales assistant was warm and welcoming. She was knowledgable in her product advice and displayed a genuine interest in getting it right for us. All too often we hear about bad service but Kathleen must be recognised for the outstanding service we received.

Katrina was very knowledgeable and accommodating and helped us pick out our "Dream" bed. Very satisfied shopping experience. Also when I called in to swap one of the pillows I bought with the mattress the lady on the other side of the phone (I think called Margaret) said there was only 2 left and kept one aside for me. When I returned to the store (about 12:30) the other pillow was sold so it was a good thing my pillow was kept aside.

The gentleman who dealt with us was very knowledgable helpful easy to understand and was not pushy.

From the minute we entered shop we were greeted by lovely lady who helped us and guided us through the mattress selection technique which we have never experienced before.

I felt that the lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable. (I believe her name was Kathleen). She did not put pressure on me (which I liked), and couldn't have been more helpful. She is certainly a credit to your company. I called at the store for a second time and asked for Kathleen as I was ready to place my order and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. On the whole I was very satisfied with the service I received. Kathleen treated me more like a friend than a customer.
