We were not "pounced upon" by your staff but it was evident that they were waiting to assist as soon as we required them to, which they did.

Very helpful knowledgable staff, offered tea or coffee on arrival which was a nice touch! Dog friendly too which helped. Kathleen was very chatty and pleasant as were the boys also in the shop! So all in all a pleasant experience buying my new matress! Lovely mattress protector was a bonus .

Fully intended to check out several premises in the vicinity re the purchase of a new divan, however we were so impressed with Alex's knowledge,professionalism and pleasant manner that we purchased the item there and then with him.He's an absolute credit to the company.

The Sales lady (Margaret) was so friendly and put no pressure on us to make a decision. She was extremely professional and it was very clear she knew all there was to know about the products she was selling. She answered all the questions we had about mattresses, allowing us to make an informed decision in our own time. This experience of shopping in Dreams was perfect thanks to qualified staff and we will have no hesitation in promoting this store to family and friends and shopping there again for any future bed, mattress or pillow replacement.
