Just so easy to get what we wanted

Kathleen the store attendant which flawless in her customer service while we were in store. She couldn’t be more than helpful and attentive by answering any questions we had regarding the products or service. She used the sleepmatch mattress finder to identify what products were pertinent to my needs and price range.

Kathleen was nothing but helpful and very knowledgeable, I will definitely be returning to the store if I need another bed and will be highly recommending this store to any family and friends who may be bed shopping.

I was highly satisfied as I was presented with all the bed frames the store had and the pros and cons of each one. I was thereafter placed on a machine bed which dreams use to work out the best matched mattress for you and your needs/wants. This helped me select a tempur mattress which I believe is perfect for me and my soon to be wife!

We were very impressed with Jon McKnight, I took my dad to dreams to help him get a new bed and Jon made it a breeze for my dad, struck up a rapport instantly and hit it off. My dad got exactly what he wanted with a mix n match to get his ideal bed. Couldn't recommend Jon more, I'll be back here when my kids grow up and we also need a bed refresh.

Ashely and Jon were were accommodation from the word go, as soon as we entered the store we were approached and asked could anything be done to help, I was shown the different types of mattresses and explained in detail the difference, we were also offered a tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture. The customer service experience was excellent.
