The sales rep Jon McKnight was very helpful during the visitand was very knowledgeable about the products on sale. He also very kindly blew up balloons for my you g children that kept them amused

We knew we wanted a bed but had no idea where to start, Kathleen was amazing, set us up on the Sleepmatch which was really interesting, After showing us a few mattresses she left us to have a wonder and a think. Once we identified a few bed frames we liked she again gave us the space to make our decision so we didn't feel pressured but stayed close enough to answer all our questions. We were so shocked that on buying our bed satruday it could be delivered the friday! Really thought we were going to have to wait a few weeks! All in all it was a great experience and will be back the next time we need a bed or mattress!
