I couldn’t have expected a better service than the one Alex had provided for us today.He was very informative and helpful when choosing the Mattress best suited for us. We left feeling confident that we had made the best decision. Alex also attended to the children keeping them occupied allowing us to relax and enjoy the process.

Great customer service. Margaret & Julie were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about products and options. Friendly and welcoming to ourselves and our children. Seemed to go above and beyond. Had been to numerous shop beforehand and didn’t even come close to purchasing anything. Their advice and service filled me with confidence and made the whole experience easy. Best service we have received in years.

When I went in I was offered a coffee straight away. I was then asked if I would like to try the sleep match machine to be sure I was picking the correct mattress. Afterwards, I had told them I had saw a mattress on sale online and I would like to purchase it. Unfortunately that mattress wasn’t in store but they let me try the newer version and told me the differences. I went on to purchase the mattress online but was advised that If I wasn’t fully satisfied I could pay a small fee and exchange the mattress to one I liked better.

Staff were amazing

It was simple, the products were clearly labelled and there was no fuss or attempt to oversell, whilst additional products ere offered there was no pressure to buy

Alex was knowledgeable and catered to what i needed. He was courteous and gave us time to look around but was there to answer any questions we had.

John was very knowledgeable and patient with my 86 yeR old father. He understood his needs and was very friendly. Liked the sleep analysis bed.

The Colleague who assisted us was Kathleen. she made us very welcome and took the tine to find out what we were looking for, taking our budget into account. the bed was for me and she had me up on the sleepmatch machine to find out which mattress firmness would suit we were shown 3diferent styles of mattress and 3 different beds before we chose the one we bought. Kathleen was very curtious when we said we wanted to think it over and take a look elsewhere. equally so when we came back
