Your sales advisor Kathleen could not have made myself and partner more at ease in the store from the moment we walked in. We had my parents with me whom my dad is blind and she took care of us all with amazing care and attention and helped us find what we were looking for and did not pressure us into anything but gave us all the information and facts we needed to make our perfect and best choice of mattress for us. Also offered tea or coffee to us all while we made our decision and looked round the store more. Kathleen is an asset to not only your store but your company as well as other staff who where there too. Would definstley be recommending to friends and family and can't thank Kathleen enough for her wonderful service today.

We came into store looking for a new bed and was approached right away with a dreams employee, she was very friendly and let us try out a few different mattress as well and us using the machine to see which mattress would be best, she left us to It and we decided to go ahead with our purchase. Great service.

Margaret was fantastic, from welcoming us in to begin with. There was the right balance of giving us attention and giving us space. She had great knowledge & helped us come to the correct decision hopefully.
