had visited 2 other stores before Dreams . got no where. we arrived intore at 5.40 o we knew they closed at 6 butthere was absolutely no pressure to rush us out the door. chap who served us came up immediately and showed us various options of what we needed. v good.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and attend to all our needs. I would recommend the store to all my friends.

The employee Alex was extremely friendly and had good knowledge of everything I needed to know. He took the time to explain everything in a friendly and happy manner

Staff very extremely helpful listened to what I wanted and advised accordingly. I felt like a valued customer. The Uddingston store is very well presented and the staff are excellent. I will certainly return again and recommend to friends and family.

The assistance we received from Katrina was friendly and excellent and she had very sound knowledge of our needs and the products. We were given a personal assessment with the aid of a special bed which provides a profile reading assessing the most suitable mattresses. We were then shown the recommended style and type of mattresses and were able to try and choose instore. The service and information we received from Katrina was very much appreciated and we are grateful to have the trial period of use when our mattress is delivered. The service from dreams is excellent throughout and we appreciated Katrina's patience and knowledge. Delivery time is good and the recycling service for our old mattress will be much appreciated. We would certainly recommend DREAMs and the excellent service we received there.
