The lady who served us was lovely. She was very helpful and had great knowledge. She helped us choose the bedroom furniture and processed our order.

Excellent service and no pressure from the salesman

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated as special customers and were treated with great respect. Kathleen the sales advisor was so informative and helpful. My son was put on sleepmatch machine to identify the most appropriate mattress and we were given choices to identify best one. Kathleen is an asset to your team. I now have a better knowledge of pillows and beds...thanks to Kathleen

Served by Kathleen very friendly & knowledgeable took us by the hand and sorted us with the correct bed for our needs tbh we weren't going to buy that day but the way she explained things we made up our minds to buy

Service was excellent, sales lady explained everything to us , and had a lovely cup of coffee

The team were friendly and helpful. I also had my three-year-old son with me who can be quite a handful, but the staff were very accommodating, kept him entertained and even watched out for him while I was choosing a product. The staff provided an insight into the product with useful information, and I didn't feel under pressure to purchase anything.

The sales reps Ashley and Katrina worked together well as a team they were so attentive making sure we knew the product we were purchasing was exactly to our requirements. They made us so welcome in the store defo would go back again.

The sales assistant Katrina was very knowledgable in the products I was looking for. She encouraged me to try each of the mattresses that she felt were best suited to my needs. She allowed me time to go and think about product without feeling pressurised to buy. A friendly team of staff within the store

Jon really listened to what we were looking for and gave us a range of great options suited to our needs staff were also really friendly and helpful to our little girl who accompanied us to the store giving her a balloon and helping us keep her entertained during the process overall great service

Jon greeted us not long after we entered the store and listened to what we were looking for. He showed us a few options and we used the sleep match machine to find out which type of mattress would suit us best. We tested a couple of mattresses and Jon gave us some pillows to test. He then let us have a look around by ourselves. We decided what to go for and Jon explained payment and delivery options. The only criticism I would have is that the prices could have been clearer and items are quickly added on (although optional) to increase the sale. Jon was very friendly and informative.
