I was assisted by Alex whom I found very helpful. I actually left the shop to visit the rest of the shops to do a comparison. I came back to Dreams and again Alex helped me and was very informative but not too pushy . The offer of tea/coffee is a nice gesture too. I also liked the fact that if I feel after 30 days that the beds aren’t suitable then I can return and exchange. I’ve since received an email from the delivery advising me of the date etc. All very efficient. My daughter is looking to buy a new bed and I’ve told her to go to Dreams. All in all a good experience, the staff are very efficient, knowledgeable of their products and have a friendly manner.
