Staff were extremely knowledgeable on the products and very friendly & helpful.

The staff were attentive, lattes were offered while waiting and all questions were answered. I have not slept on the bed yet but hope that the bed assessment has given me the right bed ...

I bought a bed in dreams a year ago and was very satisfied with it. I wanted to purchase the same bed for my son and even though the mattress was discontinued the assistant managed to find a similar one for me. I was in and out of the store within a half hour. I was very satisfied with the service. The sales assistant was very friendly and well informed.

Margaret talked us through the sleepmatch process and then took us around our recommended mattresses. She took on board what we said about the mattresses and also made her own recommendations when we thought some of them weren't suitable to us. Never felt pushed into buying a mattress, but we found one we loved so we went with it!
