We were attended to right away the very nice girl explained all products very well was attentive to us at all times. The whole experience was carried off with professionalism.

Came in to do the sleep test. Staff very friendly - no pressure Answered all our questions gave advice on all the products suited to our needs - again no pressure. Store made us feel at home and not a customer had tea and chocolate. Perfect

Ashley was so friendly and had excellent customer service. No pressure to make a decision on a purchase and explained everything perfectly.

There was a single shop worker there on the floor but he was immediately helpful, seemed completely adept in his knowledge of the products and took me from enquiry to sale in less than five minutes.

Friendly service and good information given

My wife, 2 year old and I, were welcomed by a few members of staff and within only a few minutes we were asked if we needed any help in looking for a new bed. Kathleen was very knowledgeable, helpful, down-to-earth and not pushy. She spent a lot of time helping us to put together a new bed frame, headboard, mattress etc. Meanwhile she helped entertain our daughter by giving her a balloon, colouring in and offering to play with her to allow my wife and I to look at beds. Kathleen was excellent and made us feel valued and informed in every step of the process.

Kathleen the sales assistant was exceedingly helpful, helping us to understand the best type of mattress that would suit us and she also "Beducated" us to the best sleeping position. All in all she made the visit a pleasant experience.

Jon was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time with us helping to decide which mattress would be best for us. He offered us tea or coffee and also helped advise about new pillows. We were very satisfied with our purchase. It has still to arrive but I am sure it will be exactly what we were looking for. The shop was lovely and clean and a great selection of mattresses.
