Lesley from your Uddingston branch was fantastic. She interacted brilliantly with me, my wife and my two young children the moment we arrived. A warm greeting, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. She was also wonderful with my children, engaging them at the same time as answering our questions often before we had asked them. Superb service. I made a point of praising the service we had received to the manager before I had left the store - a customer experience as enjoyable and comfortable as the mattress and pillows we purchased!

Walked in the store was greeted by Ashley who helped me right from saying hello to me, in the next half hour she helped me pick a bed a mattress and a bed frame and explained all pros of the items I purchased.
