Everyone in the shop were very approachable and friendly as we spoke to about 3 of the staff while Margaret was processing our order and spoke to me and my husband as if we had known them for a while instead of just meeting them while purchasing our beds

Kathleen was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable during our trip to dreams. We were assisted with our choice after having tried sleep match. Kathleen showed us which beds were most appropriate for the support I needed and then helped us build a good package.

Very happy with the service received at Dream’s Kathleen the store assistant was great at her knowledge and understanding of the products also very impressed with the mattress sleep machine which indicates which mattress suits your body type and we will be going back to Dream’s in the future to purchase a new mattress.
