The assistant Kathleen was most knowledgable and friendly,helpful gave us time to chat about product,we were given the choice of sleepmaster trial.This proved very helpful with our posture .All the staff spoke to us made us feel special,not something we are used to nowadays with some retailers. I work with public in my job,so it’s very important to have good customer service.We would definitely recommend Dreams in Birkenhead Tannochside to our family and friends

Kathleen at the Uddingston branch spent time with us understanding what we wanted from our purchase and made a variety of suggestions that would work for us. She was able to answer any questions we had.

On arrival, greeted by a member of staff who directed us towards an area of the store where we would be met by a DREAMS 'expert'. Ashley reviewed our details and made some suggestions for the best mattress for us. We then sampled and agreed on the product. All very straightforward, extremely accomodating and an enjoyable shopping experience!

Jon, our sales assistant, was highly knowledgeable about all products and how they would align to our needs. There was no high pressure selling but a friendly approach focused on how we could get the best sleep from the beds.

Had no problem from start to finish and Kathleen was very pleasant and helpful she couldn’t do enough for us even offered us a coffee

Jon was very helpful, roughly told him what I was looking for and he showed me all the options for this mattress, he wasn’t pushy, he gave us time to try them all out and talk it over, would definitely come back.
