Ashley was more than helpful when I was purchasing my bed. She had such a friendly manner

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to ensure I was shown several mattresses which were suited to my needs

When I walked into the shop I wasn't entirely sure what I was after I was sleeping well and new I needed a change after speaking to one of the store representatives Margaret she showed me the new machine that shows yiu how you sleep and what mattress is suited to your needs she showed me a few shortly after and fell I love with one and she was more than helpful with letting me try it out answering every question I asked and when the order was put though I was more than happy just can't wait for my new mattress now thank you very much for such a great experience jonny

When we first arrived at dreams the girl at the door greeted us with such a unhappy demeanor and just looked she couldnt be bothered to be their. We managed walk round the full shop and stand at a bed for quiet a while and NO ONE came near us asked if we needed a hand or anything wasnt that the shop was busy because staff stood in a group and had a chat and a laugh so we left. Went to few more shops so wanted to go back and try the mattress again. This time Margaret approached us and asked if wed been before I explained we were in 30 minutes previously and asked of anyone dealt with us and we said no none came near us and when was shocked. Margaret was lovely chatty bubbly explained everything and was overall brillant. But was very disappointed with our first visit and if it wasnt for great convincing from my husband I wouldn't of returned and wouldn't of sent a message to your complaints team but Margaret went above and beyond the way our first visit should of went.
