Sales assistant Kathleen was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. Gentleman who put through the order was quick and efficient. I was also allowed to bring in my small dig which I appreciated immensely and both members of staff were very kind to buster.

Were treated as valuable customers from the minute we entered the store, explained how the sleep machine worked and how it calculated our requirements, we were then assisted by Kathleen who took us round the various mattresses along with the appropriate pillows that were recommended for us, we were asked several times if we would like something to drink and Kathleen fully explained all we needed to know and was able to answer any questions we had, we did not feel in any way pressurized to buy and felt we could trust the opinion of our assistant Kathleen's recommendations.

On entering the showroom Ashley approached us in a very kind manner.She took us through the whole process of buy a mattress.We felt totally at ease with the whole situation

Initially we browsed but realised when needed help to choose. Ashley our sales person was very helpful and advised us to use the sleep machine. After this we were able to choose within our budget.

I visited the Birkenshaw store & Kathleen assisted with my purchase. She was knowledgeable & helpful. She got a tape measure to show me all measurements of my chosen bed frame. She explained fully how it worked. I felt informed & confident about my intended purchase. I was offered a lovely coffee while placing my order. The whole process was a very pleasant one.
