Highly satisfied because the lady who helped us get the the new bed was great and everything about dreams was great

Julie (store manager) was very friendly. The store was very busy and whilst we were waiting on the sales assistant to finish with another customer, Julie spoke away and offered teas/coffees. Very customer focused and she is a credit to the business.

The agent who helped us knew alot about the products and was personal when helping us place the order. She gave us insight to all the differnt options available to us

Kathleen, who assisted us with our purchase, was very friendly and listened to what we were looking for and gave us several options to choose from. We purchased a bed from Dreams in June 2019 and were so pleased with it when we had the need for a further bed we automatically returned to Dreams.

Kathleen's from the tannochside store had excellent patience with us. Great details was given on each mattress we tried & she even helped us to understand how to sleep better - using the pillow like a scarf.

Margaret who helped us on the day was very friendly, efficient and had great knowledge of all the products.

Alex helped us with our purchase. He helped us to find the ideal mattress by instructing us in the sleep match experience, then allowing us to test out the recommended mattresses and explain the differences between then . Our only disappointment was, in the original TV bed we liked, there were no matching bedside cabinets.

Alex was a great help. He was friendly and welcoming throughout the process. Would definitely return again.
