Kathleen who served us was very friendly & professional. She made us feel at ease & did not bamboozled us with too many options.

The staff member was very friendly and informative. She took her time to let us try the "sleep match" matchine and then allowed us to try various mattress' based on the machines findings. This enabled us to pick the mattress right for us.

The staff member margaret was friendly, patient and informative when we were looking for our new bed.

Alex was incredible from the start. He greeted me straight away and asked what I was looking for and talked me through the options. He was professional, friendly, helpful and lovely

The experience we received at Dreams was night and day compared to our last bed purchase at Bensons for beds, we weren’t jumped on as soon as we came in the door but acknowledged by Margaret, within a few minutes of as wondering around store she offered assistance, my daughter lay down on the special bed (can’t remember what it’s call) and then Margaret showed as the recommend beds, no sales pressure to select a more expensive option, ordering new bed and arranging delivery was completed simply and within minutes, my family and I also received a lovely coffee and hot chocolate which we were aloud to sit and enjoy chatting to Margaret after order was completed, thank you dreams

The agent who helped us knew alot about the products and was personal when helping us place the order. She gave us insight to all the differnt options available to us

Julie (store manager) was very friendly. The store was very busy and whilst we were waiting on the sales assistant to finish with another customer, Julie spoke away and offered teas/coffees. Very customer focused and she is a credit to the business.
