Very satisfied because the staff was nice and friendly never felt pressured to buy the staff made me fell welcomed which in turn set the tone for a nice friendly atmosphere

Efficiency high standard

On entering the store there was myself wife and daughter, and within a few minutes was approached by an assistant, and we said would just like to have a look around for a mattress, and assistant said no problem, and to just let her know if need any help, which we did after half hour looking around and picked out a few mattresses, and Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable, in helping us finally pick the mattress we needed. Ashley was really friendly and took us through the process of ordering and delivery quickly, excellent Sevice from entering to leaving the store.

Customer service from the sales assistant (Lesley) was excellent. The store is well laid out, well lit and information about each product is clear and easy to follow. There is also a good range of products and range on pricing.

I already purchased a new bed from dreams in Oct 2020 and am delighted with it and Lesley the sales assistant was excellent with customer service , I returned to the shop yesterday and purchased another bed for my spare room plus some furniture I dealt with Lesley again and would highly recommend the store good value for money excellent quality of products and Lesley very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

Ashley was great with product knowledge and going over all details advising that she could be contacted again with changes to delivery of needed.

Sheryl was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
