Dreams - Uddingston

I’m so glad that we returned to Dreams to purchase our new tv tech bed. Seeing the colours of the fabric in person was really helpful and also the design was perfect. We found it really difficult to find a tv bed with a good quality ottoman frame but the one that we viewed in dreams that we finally decided on ticked all the boxes for us. Kathleen made her self available to give us a really good demo of all tv beds, explaining the controls and also kept our two small boys happy with a supply of juice and crayons :) Kathleen explained the tv bed design and pricing very well. She was so down to earth and great to talk to. She informed us about cover and the fact that someone was able to build our bed for us on delivery. This was a return visit to this store as we purchased a tempur mattress not long ago from this store and will definitely return again. Great customer service and full explanations of products and services without feeling the pressure to purchase.

Staff (Alex) was very helpful in showing us the different features of the product. He also allowed us to have our own time trying it and contemplating over colours etc.

Kathleen, the assistant, could not have been more helpful, even the other staff in the store, asked if we wanted tea/coffee, again Kathleen showed all items in the range that we were looking for and demonstrated these fully. We went back twice and had the same service on both days. Was given confidence that if anything went wrong, I knew who to contact. Felt as though I had made a new best friend! A very enjoyable experience

Kathleen went above and beyond for us, couldn't fault her. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Also the hot chocolate in store was to die for!

We found what we wanted easily within the large and spacious showroom. We were left to look in peace but were aware that the sales assistants were readily available to help when we needed assistance and had made up our minds. Having measuring tapes in store was a great help as we did have to measure and then go home to make sure we had enough room and came back the next day to make the purchase, with sales assistant Kathleen remembering us and welcoming us back.
