The employee who helped me (Jon McKnight) was very helpful from the second I walked in the door and wasn’t to full on and gave me time to look around. He was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products and helped me find the exact product I needed. Customer service was great, very impressed,

Alex was great he took the time to understand what my husband and I needed and took us round the shop to see different mattresses that match us, he wasnt pushy and respected our budget, I loved how he got to know us, using our first names and asking us about our home move, my husband loved the tea and biscuits since he was off coffee for lent Haha!
